Liked: Location is great. Easy to walk anywhere. Full breakfasts which were delicious. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Room was small but comfortable. Nothing else was negative.

Liked: The location is amazing. It's a short walk into downtown bar harbor, and a short drive to the entrance of acadia. The breakfasts were amazing, and they were very accommodating of my special dietary needs.

Great location but no good...

Liked: Bob was a very friendly and helpful host. It was an easy walk into town to shops and restaurants and it was a convenient base for our exploration of Arcadia.
Disliked: The room was up two flights of stairs which would be fine if you are just travelling with a weekend bag but not ideal for those away for a long trip with more luggage. Room was too small with luggage. Bed was uncomfortable and creaked loudly every time we turned over. No power points next to bed for phones and no plug for the bath.
