Very disappointed

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: Very dirt outside stairs to second floor where discussing and very dirty very noisy from other gusts talking loud and running up and down the stairs all night. No pool service or hot tub location was not told and staff left door unlocked when came in just to change garbage no towels changed till day before left. Asked for easy entrance to room was told couldn’t happen and was placed on second floor next to the stairs

Liked: The staff were wonderful and did their best. They got things ready as quick as they could. They also helped whenever asked. Polite.They were 4 stars.
Disliked: Air conditioning didn't work. Shampoo in shower empty bottles. Bbq or things were not ready. Our room was not ready for check-in. Pool not ready for season but no one told us until morning of.

Never stay here

Liked: Absolutely awful, reached our room and couldn't even stay there. Soon as you opened the door a smell of damp, moldy odour hit you in the face. They had all tbe windows open as if trying to hide the smell. There were spiderwebs all over the top of the wall. I might have forgiven that but when I tried to swipe them down with the broom they were literally stuck to the wall meaning the room had not been cleaned very well in quite awhile for them to stick like that. Handles on windows all broken. Windows clearly needed replacing. Room okay, kinda, but this room should never be rented until they resolve the damp, mildew, mold issue.
Disliked: We couldn't stay because of mold, mildew, damp odours. Room should never be rented. They wouldn't refund our money. I understand no refunds but we showed up to stay. They did not provide a habitable room. This room was a health hazard, everyone knows mold and mildew is bad for lungs.
