Liked: Everything about the place and the changes since my last stay over ten years ago

Good stay, good location

Liked: Good location. Easy access to centre of city and river based activities. Our room had sun room as an annex. Nice hot shower. Good internet connection.
Disliked: Would have loved to have Sky TV, otherwise good stay

Okay for one night stay

Liked: Location next to river. City is a short drive. Clean sheets and comfortable bed. Spacious room. Basic kitchenette. Hot shower works fine. Car park available. Quiet room however you do hear the occasional road noise from large trucks.
Disliked: The building is dated including furniture and fixtures. Floor carpet seen better days. It smelled and stained. Bathroom blind dirty, mouldy and falling apart. Safety rack in the bathroom coming off the wall and rust appearing. The room needs a table. Pointless to have two chairs but no table to sit at. The towel heater was not operative, the power switch was taped off. TV remote battery was dead, hope it’s replaced for next guest as we left it out to be seen. A little upkeep would make a big difference.
