Nice place to stay to...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, central location, good car parking available and the included breakfast very acceptable.
Disliked: We thought the bedrooms and bathrooms were a little tired, perfectly clean but just a little in need of an upgrade.

Our favorite hotel in Moffit,...

Liked: We were informed that there was a problem with the central heating but when we arrived it was warm and welcoming. the receptionist was very cheerful and helpful and explained that there was evening entertainment that night.The rooms were functional and warm but lacked a little maintenance TLC. The evening meal was tasty, filling and the service was prompt and cheerful. Breakfast was at the time we requested and used locally sourced ingredients, very tasty but maybe lacking beans for a Full breakfast.
Disliked: The temporary lack of heating and a few more guests would have created a slightly better atmosphere, this was probably due to people being informed of the heating problem. The change of menu meant that our favorite, Kedgeree, was no longer on offer.

Liked: Super position in the centre of Moffat & the staff were excellent.
Disliked: The hotel is fine but needs money spending to update it.

Disliked: The huge keyring made such a noise when opening the door. I was worried I would wake up the people next door.
