The Annan Hotel and Llandudno,...

Liked: Having stayed at this hotel before we knew what to expect. Our room was fine for our requirements. It was clean and well presented with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for all tastes. All areas of the hotel were spotless and, although we didn't use it, the guest lounge looked very inviting. It has a large screen television and an honesty bar. The hosts Ian and Shelley were very welcoming and eager to make our stay memorable. The private car park is an absolute godsend in Llandudno!!
Disliked: Nothing to say in this regard.

Disliked: Too many stairs for my mum to get to our room but that's my fault for not checking what floor the room was on before booking.

Liked: Safe Parking. Great location. Lovely staff and owners..sooo helpful,instantly accessible and friendly. Extra 'provisions ' on a help yourself basis,loo roll etc and wonderful idea having an 'honesty bar'. Although the weather didn't merit sitting outside on the patio,the garden space looked v inviting and a great facility to have for holidaymakers. All in all,a very comfortable hotel with a great atmosphere. We had a lovely break and would definitely stay again!!
Disliked: The breakfast could be improved...( all the eggs were overdone ,I could have said but the guys were working so hard that i didn't,perhaps my fault). Soap/shampoo shelf needed in ( lovely) shower and poss change single bedroom round to accommodate a little bedside table,(or shelf) for a lamp.I don't like that I have criticised when it's such a great place...thank you!!
