Very good

Liked: Safe Parking. Great location. Lovely staff and owners..sooo helpful,instantly accessible and friendly. Extra 'provisions ' on a help yourself basis,loo roll etc and wonderful idea having an 'honesty bar'. Although the weather didn't merit sitting outside on the patio,the garden space looked v inviting and a great facility to have for holidaymakers. All in all,a very comfortable hotel with a great atmosphere. We had a lovely break and would definitely stay again!!
Disliked: The breakfast could be improved...( all the eggs were overdone ,I could have said but the guys were working so hard that i didn't,perhaps my fault). Soap/shampoo shelf needed in ( lovely) shower and poss change single bedroom round to accommodate a little bedside table,(or shelf) for a lamp.I don't like that I have criticised when it's such a great place...thank you!!

Enjoyable stay

Liked: A very warm welcome, easy to park, the room was clean and comfortable. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and plenty of it. The hotel is in a good position, only a few minutes walk to town, the sea front and the tram station.
Disliked: Nothing, it was all good.

Superb

Liked: The hosts Ian and Shelley were outstanding, very friendly, couldn't do enough for you as was Peter. The breakfasts were superb. Lovely and quiet atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: Your host's Ian and Shelley and family all staff are quite simply the best from your arrival to you leaving they give 110 percent would highly recommend five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ first class facilities fantastic shower 🚿
