Except for the bugs, everything...

Liked: The staff is friendly and there is a cute cat. The facilities are complete with everything you need, the room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable.
Disliked: I saw a cockroach on the ceiling. The room needed a deep clean.

Would choose somewhere else if...

Liked: Quite.
Disliked: Very tired. Carpet and tub chairs in terrible condition. Mold spots on blinds, door frames. Very small unit.
