Liked: The location with easy access to shopping and restaurants
Disliked: Going outside in the rain with suitcases because room was in next building. Also, bathroom shower should have a rubber mat on the floor. Tiles are flat and when wet, extremely slippery. An accident will happen soon. Very bad planning. Also, the breakfast room has the charm of a hospital cafeteria. With a name of “Anna 1908” and the outside facade my expectations were more for finding a historic atmosphere. The only history left were the big wooden doors. The cheap plastic floors all over are not very inviting and detract from any charm the space is supposed to have.

Liked: It was my second time at Anna, great place, very very clean rooms

Liked: we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kind care of the staff
Disliked: we received a courtesy cancellation, as my daughter got sick and had to return home, but did not receive the refund yet

Liked: The best location that one can get. The public transportation just around the corner. Quiet, comfortable room. Everything clean. Breakfast was great. I must compliment the staff for their kindness and professionality. I will definitely stay there on my next trip

No air-con, very small room...

Liked: Location - but a bit far away from the centre
Disliked: No air-con, very small room and no ventilation. Over priced
