Liked: Cute little BnB with lovely hosts. Comfortable rooms. Close to downtown and campus. Able to park and walk everywhere . If you need a place to stay while visiting UM campus, this is a great location.

Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: Wonderful place to stay! The bed and breakfast is a comfortable yet quirky— adorned everywhere you look with vintage knickknacks. The owners were friendly and check-in was easy. We had a large room with two comfortable king beds and basket of snacks. The shower worked great. Microwave, mini fridge and small kitchen sink were useful—note that the only drawback was the kitchen faucet only ran a tiny stream of water and clogged easily. The breakfast had lots of cereal options, toast, and eggs to order— the owner made the most perfectly cooked scrambled eggs.Was extremely convenient to be able to walk to UMich, especially since parking is hard to come by at the University.Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful down home B&B

Liked: Pat was a fantastic host and so accommodating. My husband and I parked our truck and spent the time walking around Ann Arbor from the B&B. Appliances were very clean in the room and a great complimentary snack basket as well. It felt like we were staying with family more than a stark hotel. I'd go back anytime and recommend it to family/friends! Check out Pat's book about running the B&B too!

This can be a good...

Liked: The proprietor is very nice. Our room was spacious. Location was very close to UMich main campus. Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: The property is a bit ramshackle and cluttered. If you’re looking for something generally comfortable and close to campus, with a personal touch, this can be a good option. But know that it’s not super visually appealing: it really does feel like you are staying in someone’s house.
