Disliked: The corridor stinks of cat urine. The carpets are dusty and dirty. The sink is dirty and with food residues. The refrigerator dirty. In the bathroom hairs of previous guests.

Warm and welcoming. Just lovely.

Liked: Host was absolutely lovely. Location was amazing. Room had everything we needed.
Disliked: It looks like owners miss some spots when cleaning.

Miles of Smiles!

Liked: This is the spectrum opposite of a franchise suburban hotel: and all for the better! We loved our stay here, with so many personal touches in the room, which for us was a surfing theme. The goal of the owner-proprietor couple it seems is relaxation and fun, and the Ann Arbor B&B meets that goal and then some! You’ll Terry over all of the interesting knickknacks and enjoy their themes. Breakfast is also good, and plants, sunshine and a balcony all highlight the dining area.
Disliked: Parking is a little tight, but that means that you’re in an interesting urban area that is not owned by cars. Nothing else, we loved it!

I'm really glad I took...

Liked: This is a really unique place - eccentric and homey but extremely comfortable, clean, welcoming, and mellow. The breakfast was really nice and the host, Pat, was lovely.
Disliked: They have no control over this, but the city was doing roadwork that had made a mess of the street where the property is located. Hopefully this is over soon.

Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Perfect location: Adjacent to campus, walking distance to restaurants, theatres, the weekend arts market, etc. Lovely host made us feel right at home and offered helpful directions when asked. Very nice breakfast options. spacious and well equipped room. Coffee, tea, snacks and home made baked goods available at any hour.

Liked: Very central location, warm welcome and large room. Bakery bread at breakfast was superb. Our hostess was very welcoming.
