Disappointing stay due to heat

Liked: Nice hotel located 15mins walk to the central station and very close to the Akerselva river and lively Grunerlokka neighbourhood. Breakfast was good and the room clean.
Disliked: Terrible coffee, even for hotel standards. But the biggest issue was lack of air conditioning. The window could open just 10cm, so our room on the 12th floor was more like an oven. Would not stay here again.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel provided an extensive buffet breakfast and is really well located to the city centre and is adjacent to a fantastic river walk!
Disliked: Unfortunately, my visit coincided with exceptionally warm weather. There was no air conditioning, my room faced west, and my window only opened a few centimetres. It was consequently stifling hot.

Liked: The hotel has good location and is walking distance to most places of interest (sure, some places are half an hour or 40 minutes walk, but still convenient!), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was basic, but reliable and the typical hotel room. Given it's in Oslo and the location, the price was good :)

Liked: All the staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No air conditioning and no ventilation in the room, except for the open window. One of the staff at the breakfast with long hair my question is: Why wear gloves before handling food if you're going to run it through your greasy hair beforehand???

Liked: Easy check in process and staff were helpful when required. Breakfast was fantastic
Disliked: Rooms have no aircon (definitely an issue when it's 30C outside) but does have a lovely thermometer to tell you how warm your room is. Quite pricey and location not ideal.

Liked: It was clean location super convenient to reach all the locations by foot . Most off all we are satisfied by stuff ! Thank You so much! And breakfast was super delicious as well! So thank You ones again
