Neighbours from hell

Liked: Reception was good Room was small with a tiny shower but adequate. The room was clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately we did not stay the night we actually left after one hour. A extremely violent sounding argument errupted in a room in the building we nearly called the police, due to the screams etc. We asked for a quieter room but none available. The manager was coming but would be an hour. No refund but my wife's happiness is more important.

Liked: The hotel.had a great location and was absolutely spotless,
Disliked: The toilet/shower room was very small .

Exceptional

Liked: The location is perfect, 1 minute away from Kings Cross. There is a 24/7 supermarket near by. But generally London is very expensive which makes the hotels expensive. It's very clean, they brought us new towels every day.
Disliked: The room is small but it's normal for such a highly populated city.

Superb

Liked: Near to St Pancras International, good for an early morning Eurostar.

Overall quite good

Liked: The location was excellent as it was right near Kings Cross Station with some good restaurant options close by. 24/7 reception made check in/check out very easy. Was clean and comfy.
Disliked: The room was VERY small and was down stairs without an elevator.

Excellent and quiet location

Liked: Excellent location, quiet room.
Disliked: There is no air conditioning and during the summer the room can be very hot. There is no elevator and the staircase is narrow - it could be difficult for some.
