Arrived early room was ready...

Liked: Very central to King’s Cross underground and only 5 min to St Pancras and about 10 min walk to Euston station property was well kept staff very polite luggage storage area was handy for us Room was well presented cleaned every day our room was facing the back of property very quite
Disliked: There was only the stairs up to the rooms a bit narrow we were on 2nd floor and did struggle a bit so anyone with mobility issues would need ground floor

Very good

Liked: We knew the room would be small, but it was clean and modern. And so handy to Kings Cross/St Pancras stations and to a number of eateries.
Disliked: Could not fault it really. Just remember the rooms in London are mainly small.

Liked: Excellant Location as somewhere to sleep, close to station, clean, great value for London.
Disliked: Quite small rooms, and beds, and basic but was expected as aware of that when booking

Liked: Close to train station
Disliked: The room was very very small and im claustrophobic so I found it really difficult in fact it was that difficult for me we didn't even stay the night and had to book another hotel

Our holiday in London

Liked: The room was very clean and that was great. The staff in reception were really kind too. The location was just perfect.
Disliked: The space in the room. It was too small and there was no storage.
