Great hotel & ideal for...

Liked: Very clean and well maintained. Excellent location and very helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was small but not really an issue if you just need a base to visit the city.

Great value, great staff, great...

Liked: Good - easy to find.
Disliked: The heat - we didn’t sleep because of how hot it was. Needed some additional fans or some other kind of relief. The fan on the wall was okay, but not very effective.

Liked: Location and cleanliness
Disliked: As stated on most other reviews the room was small and the en-suite was particularly tight. However this was expected and not a surprise. For one night it was fine.

Very convenient on transportation

Liked: Cleanliness, very close to the tube King Cross Pancras International and Kings Cross and Tube.
Disliked: No air conditioner

Great for your 6am Eurostar...

Liked: The location was excellent, and the room was small- but very clean and designed well. The staff was also helpful. The reviews were a bit negative and a few mentioned the small size of the room. But for a solo traveller or a couple I thought it was more than adequate. And a 10 min walk to the Eurostar train was a dream.
Disliked: Don't leave water bottles in the room to drink and then say you'll charge £10 each for them if we do, it's petty and makes you look like you dont care about the guests. Either offer cheaper plastic bottles or don't leave them at all.
