Liked: Mostly all was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly - especially Callum and Stan. I had dinner there and food was excellent. Good breakfast the next morning - but coffee could do with improvement.
Disliked: Only one negative - when I arrived room was very cold. Radiator had been turned off (I switched it back on!) and towel rail in bathroom did not work (no heat!). This particular room (201) got no sunshine so was particularly chilly.

Liked: Hotel felt quite dated.Pool looks much bigger on website.But staff polite and helpful. We thought it was quite pricey for one night, especially as we had to leave before breakfast. We had hoped our breakfast money could be put towards dinner but that wasn’t possible.
