Great stay

Liked: Lovely stay, staff were lovely and location and was good.

Pleasant inn with friendly staff....

Liked: The breakfast was quite good. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very fine.
Disliked: There was not a quieter residents' area apart from the bar but it is a small hotel so I have to be realistic.The level of knowledge on the part of the staff about the local area (directions etc) was poor. But most people either source that information online nowadays or stay around the hotel I imagine.

Liked: The staff were really friendly and the location of the hotel was really good with being so close to menai bridge, the food at the restaurant aswell was amazing and our room was great :)

Lovely hotel in perfect location

Liked: Lovely room with excellent facilities. Large comfy bed with quality pillows. Huge bathroom with complimentary toiletries.Excellent location with free parking. Perfect base to explore Anglesey.
Disliked: Breakfast was ... ok. I prefer granary or at least thick toast, rather than budget supermarket thin-sliced bread. Service was slow and staff seemed slightly rushed and stressed. Lack of fresh glasses, every morning at least one of the juice carafes was empty, plus water empty, fruit almost gone etc. Having said that, the 'Sunday roast to share' was magnificent! :-)
