Wonderful location, amazing staff and...

Liked: The staff is excellent, helpful and easy to communicate, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel are the best we had during our Italy trip. Location is excellent as a base for traveling around the area and there are garages for motorcycles available. Rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean and the hotel has a wonderful garden all around to relax in the evening.
Disliked: The in-room AC struggles a bit on hot summer nights but it cools the room enough to sleep.

I would come again but...

Liked: This is a beautiful place with a large garden full of fresh fruit you can pick off the trees and a garden whose produce appears in their food.Staff are very friendly and cheerful, but my lower rating is because, like many hotels in Europe, they cannot find enough staff and therefore operate with insufficient staff.

Liked: Everything was really nice, the room was small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, a good variety of everything. The garden looked amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful.
