We would not return and...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Poor parking. Long walk to accommodation. The fan in bathroom (only ventilation) was so filthy that it wouldn't work.Glass shower screen off its mounts. Mould in shower tiles. Tiny main room and tiny bathroom. Long walk up three flights of stairs to Unit 9 with ports etc. The TV connection was so bad that there was ghosting on every station and impossible to watch. The unit would not rate 3 stars.

Over all good stay.

Liked: Good continental choice. No cooked breakfast.
Disliked: Although room was clean needs a few repairs done.

Felt dirty and very weird.

Liked: This is only a room in a weird building. Nothing great.
Disliked: I didn't like anything about this place.

Liked: Wasn't able to access the property so not able to say what I liked.
Disliked: The property had different names of the business in total 3 and no signage of number 43. Parking was terrible and took multiple attempts to find a spot. The instructions didn't allow access like stated. Rubbish such as cigarette packets was in the front yard. Hard to access. Wasn't able to get a refund and felt completely mislead from the Booking.com description.

Exceptional

Liked: The facilities were great for a short trip, very clean. Staff that was there on arrival was great and very helpful and chatty. Room was great for short stay. Location is great. The b&b was very well secured with locked keypads to get into the facilities and rooms. Would highly recommend and will be back again.

Mixed emotions

Liked: Comfy clean bed, good smart TV and wifi.Good selection of continental breakfast and waitresses were friendly and helpful. Spacious clean bathroom with a shower and bath.
Disliked: No information about local amenities, Staff on arrival unhelpful.Steep hill and steps to climb to get there. No bar as advertisedBroken plug sockets and no plug by the bed. Toilet flush broken.Jacuzzi fitting on Bath didn't work Cord on bathroom light broken and led lights flickering. .

Breakfast at sister B&B Serendipity...

Liked: Breakfast in the sister B&B the Serendipity was the best thing about the place.The bedrooms were functional, did everything you needed.
Disliked: Photos versus reality. The bedrooms are much smaller than it appears in the photos. They are also tired looking and in need of a bit of tlc. One of our bedrooms had a toilet seat that did not fit the toilet - when you are offering services to the public, get these basics right at least!

Superb

Liked: Comfortable and clean. Good location and good breakfast in partnership with the B&B across the street.
Disliked: The wifi was a bit weak in the room.
