Comfortable stay and would recommend

Liked: Very comfortable bed and suite. Staff friendly and very helpful
Disliked: Sunday - no food in the evening and in any case the dinner menu looked quite small!Monday breakfast - quite expensive

Wedding stay in Grantham.

Liked: The setting in the centre of town was very good, and it reminded one of an old coaching inn. The staff were helpful and good natured. The outside eating area was a lovely addition. Uber is available in Grantham!
Disliked: The shower - NB no place to put items being used in the shower. Another shelf in the bathroom would be very welcome and not expensive as there is not enough space to put personal items. No safe to put valuablesChoice of teas - not just builders! I think for the money paid per head this is essential.

Disliked: Breakfast poor value for money

Fortunately only overnight !

Liked: Beautiful, hôtel but the bed in my bedroom was very hard and not confortable. It was a basic room but I would have thought to get something better for the level of this hotel !! Some drinks and mail was still there from the previous customer when I got the key !!

Liked: Very clean spacious room comfy bed plenty of storage, friendly staff
Disliked: No lift, lovely walk in shower but no shelf to put toiletries on, no grab rail and very slippy, I was ok but my partner who had 2 new hips felt very unsafe
