Try to avoid a room...
Liked: Perfect situated in the Jewish quarters/old town. Great to be able to adjust the AC yourself with a remote - as long as you're informed its existence.Plenty of room in the breakfast area.Great room cleaning.
Disliked: We came in the middle of the night to a warm room and were unaware of the existens of a remote control to the AC. The day after we questioned if the AC worked, and borrowed a fan (which we asked for) from a helpful hotel employee. In our three contacts with the reception desk, no one asked "did you try the remote?". We later discovered it ourselves and could finally stop sweating. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower handle was broken and could not be fastened into the wall. We discovered that "free toiletries" meant free soap from soap containers. A miscalculation since we didn't bring any schampoo. A noisy room since the traffic was situated just behind the wall. Surely it must be less noisy in rooms situated on higher levels. Neither would we hear the noise from the entrance hall. The traffic, however, was absolutely nothing compared to the sudden screams from the refrigerator. We realized that we had to eat breakfast rather early so that the good stuff wouldn't run out - which happened to us. The breakfast was therefore "ok". Nothing in particular.

A MEMORABLE STAY IN KRAKÓW!
Liked: Everything was perfect for me during my four-night stay at Aneks Hotelu Kazimierz in the delightful and historic city of Kraków. The comfort of my bed, the cleanliness of my bedroom and bathroom and the the hotel generally all made for a most pleasant stay. My bedroom was very well-serviced and all the staff were courteous and helpful. They also booked a couple of very interesting day trips, including the salt mine at Wieliczka. The buffet breakfast was superb, with a huge variety of delicious food, including freshly baked Cholla bread rolls, salad and fresh fruit, and hot drinks and fruit juices. The Hotel Kazimierz is situated in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, near to some excellent cafés, shops and bars as well as frequent tram services. I highly recommend Hotel Kazimierz and a big 'thank you' to everyone! .
Disliked: No complaints at all.
