Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff, relaxed ambience
Disliked: They are renovating their roof top breakfast room and offer a voucher for Doubletree café instead. But this café ist is not really a valuable substitution.

Liked: The location of the hotel.
Disliked: It was expensive. I guess it was as expensive as the other hotels on the peninsula.

Excellent accommodation in the heart...

Liked: Excellent room (the tower suite) and friendly staff. The location was amazing (right in the middle of everything).
Disliked: They started renovating the rooftop breakfast area on our last day and we received vouchers for the Doubletree down the street. That breakfast was pretty disgusting, and I would recommend that the Inn finds another solution for the breakfast while the renovations are undergoing. It was definitely not on par with the rest of our stay at the Inn.

Liked: I enjoyed the inn?s historical charm and great location. Even though its in a quiet area, you?re within a short walking distance to restaurants as well as Market Street shopping. King Street is also a quick walk.

Wonderful - 4.5 out of 5

Sean Fri, 13 July 2018

Liked: The breakfast buffet and afternoon wine reception were great. Best of all was the location. The valet parking staff and the wine reception attendants were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The front desk staff didn't seem to be overly friendly. The girl that worked the overnight shift the day we left was very helpful and accommodating but two of the other front desk staff didn't make you feel very welcome.

Liked: location
Disliked: detail in the room(306) was not what I would consider 4 stars. For instance, there were paint splatters on the floor (it was clearly from the last time it was painted). the bathroom was very small. the bed was small
