Nice but if you enjoy...

Liked: Breakfast and Happy hour was terrific with a nice variety. Plenty of options including a gluten free muffins, fresh fruit, eggs quiche or frittata, yogurt etc. Each day was a bit different which was a pleasant surprise. They also had bottles of water that you could take with you which was nice as the weather was hot. Happy hour included a nice charcuterie plate. It was the same every night but it had a decent variety. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. The location was walking distance to everything and plenty of dining.
Disliked: The room was small and there wasn't an amazing view. There were only two small outdoor tables on the ground floor which weren't super comfy to sit out and enjoy the evening when the day cooled off. We had a late flight but weren't able to check out late. Check in staff super friendly. Check out staff must have been having a bad day. I asked for a bottle of water which she told me was outside in a cooler by the bell hop. The cooler was empty except for a puddle of dirty water. Yuck.

Perfect for a weekend getaway...

Liked: The staff provided top-notch service! We requested our bags be taken to our room because we were running late for dinner reservation and valet was happy to oblige. Miss Cynthia provided true Southern hospitality and a wide variety of choices for breakfast. The front desk also accommodated our request to hold our bags the morning of our checkout so that we could shop before we got picked up. The location could not be better! I highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
Disliked: The buildings are historic, so rooms are small with no windows, but are decorated well, and do not feel claustrophobic at all.
