We enjoyed our stay very...

Liked: Nice room, good variety at breakfast, we enjoyed the wine and cheese at 4:00! The location was excellent, we could walk to shops and restaurants in the French quarter.

Superb

Liked: Friendly staff, great breakfast and fantastic location. The room doors close extremely loud, so when my neighbors came back late, the slam of the door woke me up. Perhaps a door closure would be in order.
Disliked: Walls are thin-

2 perfect days in Charleston...

Liked: Breakfast and wine and cheese were amazing. So good that we barely ate at any restaurants. Room was comfortable . Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend
Disliked: Not a single thing. It was pretty much perfect

Only let down by the...

Liked: The hotel is very good, with excellent breakfast and lady who prepared it all.
Disliked: The room we had was 401, one of the suites. A lovely room, but unfortunately next to the lift and breakfast area. We were woke at 5.45 and 5.15am the two mornings we stayed. Understandably they are preparing for breakfast, so no criticism of the staff. When they refurbished this room, they should have spent more on soundproofing the wall, rather than maximising the space for a suite. A great shame as it spoilt the stay.

Good

Liked: Good breakfast included and wine and cheese in afternoon.
Disliked: Hotel seems more like a motel that?s been revamped.
