Quintessential French Quarter property that...

Liked: The staff was friendly and great walking around location
Disliked: The door to our room had ¼-½” gap around the perimeter. We had to use a blanket hung on the door handle and draped on the bottom to keep the cold air out at night. The shower pressure was a drip and the handle to turn it on practically was falling off its plumbing rough in.

Disappointed by property up keep....

Liked: ABBY WAS AWESOME. VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING GIVEN WHAT SHE HAS TO WORK WITH.
Disliked: Very dirty,stains on carpet in hallway,paint peeling,walls dirty,no phones in room to call desk, not accommodating for people with disabilities, they are placed up stairs (no elevator) younger party people got the lower level rooms.BTW, website for hotel is false advertising, there is no white linen table breakfast service as shown,actually no food on site at all. Ghost tour group who are not staying at hotel,come in take over patio and don't stay with group wander around by rooms.

This hotel had the perfect...

Liked: The location of the room was in walking distance to everything in the French Quarter which was perfect. The hotel was aged but had a cozy comfortable feel. The courtyard was beautiful and relaxing. We had three room reservations with ten total people and this hotel was very accommodating to all of us.
Disliked: There wasn't much not to like, other than the lock on our room door was hard to open with the keys, which each of our 3 rooms had four keys each. Two for the deadbolt and two for the lock set. It was cumbersome to keep track of separate keys and carry them on you.
