Liked: I’ve been visiting for many years. Staff is always friendly, attentive and accommodating. Andrea’s is always cozy, clean and location is in middle of everything.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have 24 hours access to warm pool.welcome complimentary glass of bubles at the pool was very cute.

Liked: The hotel has just a small number of rooms which gives guests a relaxing feeling, especially around the pool area where loungers were always available.Location is excellent, the suite has plenty of space and is relaxing. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have both a bath and shower.Staff were only too happy to assist with any queries
Disliked: The Wifi was quite patchy in our room 104, I had to go to reception to obtain a good signal

Liked: The from desk receptionist was able to switch our room to the first floor rather easily, which I thought was very great.
Disliked: The bagels are good but breakfast can be improved. Adding eggs and bacon

Disliked: For the price the room lacked several amenities. It needs a floor length mirror, a towel hook in the primary bathroom, a desk with plugs and USB ports in the living room for business travelers to use laptops and cell phones
