rip off, unsafe environment, hostile...

Liked: it was unsafe. homeless people around the property. didnt feel my car was safe there. room was very small and not at all like the photos. i didnt stay the entire night. complained to staff they didnt care. all they want is your money and give only 5 minutes grace time from checking in to change your mind. total rip off. needs to be shut down

Liked: The bathroom was dirty and had cigarette burns all over the sink, and sink counter even the toilet seat had burns on it. The shower floor looked dirty, I had to wear my socks in the shower because I was concerned about my bare feet standing on the shower floor. The night I checked in I was charged a $40 cleaning fee, because I have a service dog and the owner told me that I would have to pay a $20 a day cleaning fee, due to having my service dog, so I was charged $40 extra for the 2 days here. The killer part is, that the room and bathroom was already dirty.
