Superb

Liked: A very attractive and pleasant hotel. The staff were extremely nice. We loved the wine hour and the gifts for not getting the room serviced.
Disliked: The bathroom was very tiny.

Overrated, safe, clean

Liked: This hotel is conveniently located to the train station.
Disliked: For a rather expensive hotel for Cophenhagen, the rooms are TINY. We got the largest room that was not a suite. It was not possible to have both of our suitcases open at the same time. We had to step around each other, our small amount of stuff, and the furniture very carefully. Breakfast is chaotic, over-packed with people, in too small a space, and you end up waiting forever for simple things like coffee. If they are going to have this many guests, they should stage breakfast, with guests coming in shifts. Otherwise it is chaotic and frustrating.

Good location and friendly service

Liked: Arrived early not expecting our room to be available, but the staff were able to secure the room. Nothing was too much bother for all the staff. So welcoming.
Disliked: Room size was not as expected, but was typical for the location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Liked: We were two couples travelling together and each spent 4 nights in a standard size room. The hotel was only a short walk away from the central train station. I requested and received detailed instructions how to find the hotel.Fortunately, our rooms were ready when we arrived around noon, which was appreciated after an overnight flight from Canada. After dropping off our bags and freshening up a bit, we hit the street to explore, only returning in time to enjoy a free glass of wine at Happy hour. Happy hour is held every day from 5 – 6pm and gives one the opportunity to not only enjoy a free glass of wine, but to also meet other guests. As mentioned by other posts, rooms are on the small size, but well appointed. Think of a cruise cabin size. Even though well located on a busy corner, our sleeps were tranquil. Our room had a safe, kettle and mini fridge. We took the option of participating in their green program, which meant that our room was not serviced each day. We received in return a 100 kr voucher to buy drinks over the road at the Absalon Hotel (their sister hotel). One voucher per room per day. Breakfasts were plentiful, and there is an honour bar along with a free coffee bar adjacent to the bar. Lighting in the room was good and the black out curtains were welcomed given the long days.I found the hotel well located to visit all the major sites in Copenhagen as well as to catch trains to the outlying sites. There is a 7-eleven just down the street, near the train station, where we went to stock up on beverages.Overall, our stay was pleasant and more than met our expectation. I would recommend the Andersen.
Disliked: Nothing really. There is an option of securing a larger room for a higher room rate.

Convenient comfortable cozy friendly hotel.

Liked: The room was nice and large for the European standard. The bed & pillows were comfortable allowing for a good nights sleep. The curtains were OK and the extended summer sun didn't really bother us. Breakfast was pretty much the standard as in most hotels of this class. The location was reasonably close to the Central Railway station (short walk). Some front office staff were really good across the 3 days where they offered to make reservations at restaurants or buy tickets at special discount rates for the hotel. Unfortunately it was told to us only on the 2nd day.
Disliked: The lift didn't work while we were checking out. Fortunately I had only 1 floor to carry my luggage.

Very disappointing and definitely not...

Liked: The location was good and the staff very helpful
Disliked: The bed was a disgrace, lumpy and sloping badly to the side. The room size for a couple, very small. We had two medium size bags but there was no room to place them anywhere for us to unpack. The breakfast seating was most inadequate and uncomfortable.
