Excellent staff and lovely atmosphere.
Liked: Staff were very friendly & helpful. The downstairs lounge area offers unlimited tea, coffee and water. Very comfortable and welcoming. They have a free wine hour, which encourages guests to mingle. Very nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Rooms are too small.

Good, not great.
Liked: Excellent location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Stayed in 3 different rooms during a 5 night visit due to internet not working. First night was in a small noisy room which faced the street. Internet connected fine, but stopped working the next morning. We were moved to a somewhat larger room that had a strange and broken shower curtain arrangement which permitted shower water to wet the entire bathroom floor. No internet at this point in the entire hotel. Moved again to an even larger room. Quieter because it did not face the street but the fridge was not working and glass shower door did not close properly. Long story short, 4 nights without internet in any room and 3 different rooms each with various problems. Not what you would expect in a four star hotel in Copenhagen.Breakfast is served in the lobby which was noisy and crowded most of the time. Quality and selection is very basic. The seemingly powdered scrambled eggs were a real disappointment as was the gluten free, rubbery, hamburger bun that was offered in lieu of some decent gluten free bread. In all fairness, the staff did try to make things as pleasant as possible, but 4+ days of no internet and 3 rooms with problems did not make for a pleasant stay. We won’t stay at this hotel on our next visit.

Amenities caused issues
Liked: We stayed about a week ago and loved it. The location, staff, etc - all great. We recommend staying on the backsideOf the hotel + 4th floor for more room inside your room. The bathroom is smaller and without a tub, but there is more space around the bed.
Disliked: Unfortunately when we stayed one more night this week, we didn’t have a great stay. The internet was out on our floor and we could only use it in the lobby. When we had to check out early to get to the airport, we couldn’t even get coffee because both machines were being cleaned. These are not dealbreakers - but it was a very different stay.

Perfectly situated for the railway...
Liked: Loved the vibrant colours and the breakfast was fantastic. My room was very comfortable and included a Nespresso machine.
Disliked: Some front desk staff were a bit dissmissive and a helping hand with my bags upon arrival would have been nice

Colourful central hotel.
Liked: Great location near to the station, with lots of restaurants close by, walking distances to major landmarks. Liked the 'trust bar' and availability of good coffee at all times.
