Disliked: Terrible experience. I paid for my entire stay at check-in using my debit card. At checkout, everything was all set. Later, I got charged on my guarantee credit card, causing me losses of over 30% over my total booking. I contacted the hotel immediately and multiple times and they did nothing. And they were rude. Don’t get the included breakfast. Such a disappointment. There is no buffet, the options are limited and not nice.

Price for quality doesn't match.

Liked: I thought the communal areas where you got free water, coffee and snacks was a great touch. The location of course is great, lots of great places within walking distance. Rooftop was also decent as well. The breakfast staff were SO lovely. Super easy to check in and out also.
Disliked: My only real issues was the room itself. It was a little grubby to say the least, and the lighting was awful. My room was on the back of the hotel so the natural light wasnt the best anyway, and the room was lit only by very small lamps for a reallyyy large room. Cleaning wise, it was quite dusty too and really needs touching up on certain areas like the tired furnishings and the paint work. During the stay, I woke up to some small bites marks which could be bed bugs, or maybe I was in a pet friendly room and some fleas may have been present, who knows. A number of evenings people were partying in their rooms which isnt ideal for someone like myself on a work trip, wasn't aware this was a particular party hotel (possibly my bad). Only other small gripe was the breakfast menu is quite basic and isn't very vegan or veggie friendly. Was quite glad to check in to a new hotel by the end of the trip overall. Lovvvved the staff but sadly wouldn't come back given the price and the quality.
