Liked: Room was nice.
Disliked: We waited food in the restaurant an hour and when we got it, it was not eatable. Had to return it to the kitchen.In General the quality and price didn't met. Our expectations were higher compared what we got.

Liked: Lovely large room with pleasant views and outlook.Very cleanWell appointed and many extras/ essentials provided that many hotels no longer provide eg face washers ,tissues, bottled water ,biscuits, Nespresso machine, slippers gowns, umbrella etcIdeal if you are travelling around by train. Literally five minutes from the platform with screens in the lifts with departure updates.Pleasant park across the road with a traditional beer garden serving hearty Austrian food.Hop on hop off bus stop across the road also.Metro station 5 minutes away.
Disliked: No coffee shop for standard food offer. Had to go to the Novotel across the road for this.Unfriendly reception at roof top bar when we thought we would go for a drink. Surely hotel guests shouldn’t need a booking to have a drink.Bedding is too hot. Needs lighter options.

Disliked: Mini bar not checked before we entered the room. Bottle cap of drink bottle opened.Our room was not cleaned on day 2My family in Room 523 called reception 5 times with no reply so he walked down. He was told at reception that they were very busy. I had 3 rooms booked and they were to be routed to 524 but were not. My family were not able to get room service and I had to go down to reception to fix this. There was no option for a light breakfast. I had to pay full buffet breakfast price for a cup of coffee and some toast.
