Excellent service, but way overpriced

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel, as well as the setting. It is very scenic. The staff was EXCELLENT!!! They are very attentive, quick to respond, happy to assist.
Disliked: I was underwhelmed by the amount of guest benefits included with my stay. I did not like the fact the hotel was not all-inclusive for its guests staying for a couple of days. We had to pay for everything, including the so called "morning coffee". I do not feel I received the full value for my money. The other thing is, I must have missed on the Andaz website the fact it is a family resort. As we were relaxing by the pool, it felt like it was overruned by kids. I had no idea it was not an "adult only" resort, which was very disappointing since we were on a self-care, wellness journey.

A nice stay but not...

Liked: The grounds & the poll were lovely. The room & bath were spacious. Food was good but very exprnsive.
Disliked: Our room was worn & had stains on furniture.

Not worth the money spent

Liked: The AC unit made noise all night long so it was hard to fall asleep.
Disliked: The distance and the food menu changes.
