Exceptional

Liked: unexpectedly upgraded and love it!bigger room, with view!thoughtful gifts (a complimentary drink)
Disliked: the street the andaz is on has construction going on AND is a narrow one way as most streets are downtown savannah. it was raining profusely and i didnt get the option of valet parking, i had to park down the street and walk to the hotel. not terrible but the cars were backed up and i didnt want to block traffic trying to await someone to notice me for valet.

Liked: I checked out after a day
Disliked: I checked out after a day. The valet person lost my car. Made me uncomfortable as they were under the influence of something. In addition my hotel room door did not lock properly and I felt unsafe as I was traveling alone.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The high priced hotel room with the $49 a day for parking and $33 a day for resort fees makes it out to be an expensive stay. Especially when you're there for 4 days.

Savannah is doing it right...

Liked: We really loved the charm and location of this place. The staff was exceptional. Loved having Stephen in the lobby to assist with tour recommendations/booking.

Perfect with the family!

Liked: Excellent location, very clean and well maintained. Was perfect for a short stay with the family. There are some extra charges like an amenity charge ($33 per room) which allows you access to some non alcoholic drinks as well $49 for overnight valet parking so worth bearing that in mind.

Disliked: Not a warm welcome when we arrived around 11:00 pm, door was closed and there was no buzzer to let us into the lobby. It was very confusing late at night
