Liked: It?s location
Disliked: Inattention to detail by hotel staff. Deluxe room 612 smelled strongly of alcohol from prior guest during our two day stay. We had to ask for dishes or silverware.Poorly ventilated room. House keeping was average.

Will be booking this Hotel...
Liked: The property is located in the center of all food places and shops. Everything is in short waking distance.
Disliked: the cost of breakfast at the hotel was to expensive. $60.00 for a breakfast is ridiculous.

Exquisite Urban Experience
Liked: The location was perfect for sightseeing, great dining experiences and shopping. the staff were friendly and professional, especially our check-in manager, Jacoby. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in the room which was a nice touch. Best of all, we asked for a room change because we were staying for more than a week and our room was overlooking a construction site. We were upgraded to a beautiful loft room.
Disliked: The housekeeping let them down. We gave them benefit of the doubt because it was just on the one day when our room wasn?t cleaned properly. Also the response from the hotel when we complained was very positive. There was also no laundry service and they weren?t able to recommend one.

It was a pleasant stay...
Liked: Location, Amenities (Entertainment, free soda, water etc)
Disliked: The room temperature was very difficult to control. One minute it was freezing the second minute the heater would turn on. Also, the smoke alarm flashed all night, uncomfortable to the eyes. The safety lighting in the bathroom was too bright at night. When you walked in, the whole bathroom turns on instead of a gentle safety light. Also, the lighting under the bed kept on going on by itself.

Liked: - Hotel Location - Early check-in
Disliked: Customer service was terrible - upon entering the hotel for the first time, we weren't greeted at all. Once we reached the front desk, the first thing the customer service rep said was "Your room won't be ready for a while". This all happened before we mentioned we had a reservation or provided our information. Knowing we arrived early, we didn't expect the room to be ready anyways. When husband asked the woman to clarify something she said she started laughing at him and even nudged the rep next to her referencing us. Cleanliness: This was the worst part. The hotel hallways were consistently dirty and riddled with dirty laundry in front of almost all of the rooms. We came back to our hotel multiple times to find the same garbage and dirty laundry in the hallways. Our hotel room itself had an unpleasant smell to it and did not feel thoroughly cleaned. I assumed based on the fact that this was an Andaz we would have a pleasant experience but that just was not the case here.
