Great option in Ottawa

Liked: Location was great, lots of bars and restaurants in the market. The room was quite big. The rooftop was literally amazing.
Disliked: Coffee machine didn’t work.

Very nice, comfortable and clean.

Liked: Love the beds and shower soap. very clean. Staff was fantastic!Valet was great!
Disliked: Very noisy (Construction during the day). Not much in the mini bar. No chocolate, not enough drinks, no candy or other snacks.

Liked: The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful! Everything was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect.
Disliked: The phone didn’t work and there were no movie options.

Definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked: Great hotel, really good location walking distance. The staff was super helpful and the rooftop bar has beautiful views of the city. We traveled with our cat and they were super helpful and welcoming
