Not what it used to...

Liked: The roof top.
Disliked: This Hyatt has lost its charm. My room had a leaky shower where water flows to the bedroom. When I checked in I was warned about it and they tried to up sale me on another room with an extra charge per night. I reserved a 350$ a night for a room only to learn it had a leaky shower and the only way out was an upgrade? I didn’t feel that was fair. The gentleman checking me in agreed and said he would find me a room. I thought all was ok but then I went to my room only to find out that he kept me in the room with the leaky shower…water was leaking into the bedroom…

Very disaapointing and poor value...

Disliked: There was no duvet cover! Disgusting. The coffee machine didn’t work! The towels were old and already rock hard and frayed.
