Exceptional

Liked: Excellent staff, both in the hotel and the bar. Great view of the city. Excellent location.

Very disaapointing and poor value...

Disliked: There was no duvet cover! Disgusting. The coffee machine didn’t work! The towels were old and already rock hard and frayed.

Disliked: Had pet ...wasn't told of the fee 4 the pet bed.2 different prices 4 a Two day stay wasn't impressed.The price was steep.

Great location, good service, could...

Liked: We had a corner room facing the Market so it was a great view. I'd stay here again for location and service - both topnotch. Obviously the construction portion of the view wasn't great, but what can you do?!?
Disliked: The room decor looks more like a travel lodge or motor hotel type-furniture - quite cheap considering the luxury price of the hotel. At the same time, the furniture is relatively new and does the trick. The bed has got a rise in the middle, and dips down on either side, but its really comfy.

Disliked: We experienced a water leakage in the bathroom of our initial room, and the hotel promptly moved us to a similar one, which we appreciated. However, in the new room, the shower water was extremely hot and difficult to adjust, making it uncomfortable to use. We hope this can be addressed to improve future guests’ experience
