Impossible to sleep

Liked: Great location, spacious room
Disliked: Couldn’t sleep! The pillows are AWFUL—everyone in our traveling group was complaining about them. Asked housekeeping for some different ones and they brought more of the same. Also, the AC in all the rooms is crazy loud. When it comes on every few minutes or so, it wakes you up if you’ve managed to fall asleep. If you’re on the street side you get traffic noise, on the courtyard interior you get noise from the bar / restaurant until about 9:30pm. Also, weirdly, no lotion or shower cap in the bathroom.

Ok but not great

Liked: Noisy room facing the street. Window open loud noise from AC vent next door and street below . Window closed noisy AC. Door handle in bathroom door broken- should have been spotted and fixed before we checked in.

Disliked: How expensive the small roomWas with very little amenities. You’re only paying that much for the location. Cocktails at the hotel were really pricy as well. The ended up charging my account well over 1,200$ more then what I was supposed to pay. Could not get my money back until 5 full business days after the fact.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Great downtown location with multiple tasting rooms.
Disliked: Everything was great the arrival tastings, the live music and especially the staff!

Rude front desk, noisy environment,...

Disliked: We family with kids were woke up at 10:30pm because of the noise from the party in the lobby, the people chatting in the open space outside the restaurant, and the fan noise of the air conditioner. The room is on 4th floor. After we called the front desk, the manager who answered the call was very rude. She refused to come to the room and check the noise, But said she had another guest to serve and hang up my call！ This is super ridiculous, I cannot believe the service from Andaz!
