Liked: I found the room to be nicely appointed and organized, with most of the right amenities. The cafe and restaurants were nice, and staff all around were courteous and hard-working. The style of the hotel was fun, and the location is fantastic (especially above the Sanborn, which proved useful). The room service menus were good. The fitness center was great! The ground-floor bar & restaurant was delicious, and I want to return to the rooftop restaurant!
Disliked: I arrived at 6 am central, and no one was available to help show me to the check-in deskRoom service's kitchen took 1 hour, 30 minutes to deliver a meal (with no communication of delays)Signs indicate the fitness center was in north tower, but it's in the south tower.Someone washed the pillow cases in a cheap, lame detergent, making them reek of bad perfume and I couldn't sleep until I put the pillows in the closet.While the style of the hotel and the art galleries were nice, it can be frustrating to see the hotel spend resources on those stylish appointments and art galleries while neglecting proper signage, a more efficient kitchen, storing towels somewhere other than the shower, having staff available to receive guests at 6 am mexico time at the drive-up front-doors, or using detergent that has zero scent.

Great hotel in the heart...

Liked: Great staff, great location, (mostly) great amenities. The food at the cafes and restaurants was great, and truly big gym for a hotel.
Disliked: The swinging pool photos are rather misleading.

Liked: Amazing breakfast. Great staff. Excellent location. Large room with beautiful bathroom. Hugo our daily waiter at the breakfast restaurant was superb and extremely helpful. Game room and wooftop bar for beer and dogs super cute.
Disliked: Check in area needs an upgrade in furniture. Outdoor fountain needs water and to be turned on.

Disliked: Very dimly light rooms…and the internet is atrocious!, the card lock in system is temperamental sometimes it works sometimes it does not!
