Perfect from beginning to end.

Liked: Our stay was incredible from start to finish - our stay started off strong with our amazing concierge Chico being so welcoming, and kept going throughout the stay. The location CANNOT be beat. The amenities and public areas are fantastic and well maintained. The rooms are average size but are beautifully appointed, the beds very comfortable, and cleaned so well daily. Cannot wait to return to this property and check out more Andaz locations!
Disliked: The only negative was an attempt at making Brunch on Sunday. We had seen it advertised on Instagram so we snagged a reservation for 11:00am, and when we arrived to the location on the ground floor were told that brunch didn't actually begin until 2:00pm. Just a little fix on OpenTable would be great for transparency sake.

Disliked: Lack of a good pool .

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was great; location wonderful: staff excellent (friendly, accommodating, attentive).
Disliked: They closed the rooftop pool to general guests one day to hold a group conference meeting in the space.

Nice relaxing stay.

Liked: High end, quiet, and relaxing with excellent amenities. It is an oasis in a very bustling city.
Disliked: The staff in the second floor cafe are VERY slow leading to lineups so long and unmoving that sometimes you just give up. Also, your options for payment on arrival are 1) pay the entire amount upfront or 2) they put a hold on your credit card for the entire amount plus an addition $10000 MXN

Liked: The facilities & hotel amenities were amazing. Arturo our concierge was so hospitable & supported us with so many tips on where to eat and activities to do!

Liked: Great room with very comfy bed, and amazing other facilities such as the rooftop bar/restaurant and cafe. Perfect location to dive right into Roma district, with lots of nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Great room service that took care of my special dietary needs.We checked-in short term and stressed out from a prior incident and the staff at the reception was very kind and understanding. The concierge service was outstanding and supportive in every aspect, not just helping out with booking tours & tickets but also helping us with a challenging situation. Thank you so much Ivan!
Disliked: There is not so much space in the pool area to hang out as expected, but you will be pleased with the amazing view.
