Disliked: Our floor in the room looked like it had some dried up substance in a red color we would have though that housekeeping would have said something to maintenance .. we thought it was blood at first ..

Perfect! Love it so much!

Liked: It was such a beautiful property! The open-air lobby was so nice. We actually fell asleep on one of the couches waiting for our room (We got there early). The smells at this property just put you on island time immediately. We had a wonderful time at the luau. We decided to do it the day we arrived because we were already so comfortable! There was direct access to the beach, the food was amazing, and the staff was so helpful! We had all these plans to explore, but we were so comfortable at the resort that we didn't do quite as much as we had planned. We actually had a red-eye to catch on the last day, and we could only get a 12:00 PM Check out. The staff offered to keep our luggage for us, let us hang out at the resort, and let us know about the shower room on site so that we could have a shower before our flight. I would stay here every time!

A wonderful vacation at a dreamlike property. It wouldve been exceptional if they only allowed hotel guests at the pool

It was too expensive for the stay. The staff in genera was not as attentive as I would expect for a Hyatt or the rates.

Our stay was very nice...

Liked: Pools, beach and breakfast all very nice. Staff was excellent!
Disliked: The rooms were quite small and same with the bathroom. We had read this in similar reviews before we left. We did not spend much time in the room but for two people and luggage for a week they were on the small side.
