Liked: breakfast was really good. great selection and clean.
Disliked: 1. beds and mattresses were so bad we couldn't sleep.2. pools area were not maintained. dirty ambarellas and broken tiles at the pools. almost no servers around. only 1 bathroom serving the 4 levels of pool area, so if you need to use the bathroom you need to either climb 2 platforms or descend. not comfortable at all. Food at the pool area not that good. feels like cheap fast food.3. beach area was dirty and not maintained.4. they charged us for breakfast even though we have paid for breakfast.5. very expensive!! every wink you make you are being charged hundreds of dollars for not so worthy services or food.Bottom line, i feel cheated and i will not go back to that resort!

Liked: The Andaz was AMAZING. BEST resort I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was fantastic, the included excursions and activities were so fun and I was surprised so many of the were included. The pools were awesome. There were ALWAYS open chaise lounges.The staff was so welcoming. The room was clean, lovely and spacious.
