Liked: The hotel is very good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. I would especially like to highlight and express my personal thanks to the receptionist Jeroslav for his professionalism and responsiveness.

Receotionist called us idiots.

Disliked: Recepcionist called us idiots because we used a way shorter 10 meter walk, to the parking instead of the enforced 300 meter walk, while we were carrying our luggage

Disliked: It was very warm, but the room was right beside another terrace, so more curtains or blinders would have been nice.
