Lovely place to stay and...

Liked: The location was fantastic. Staff were lovely and they allowed me access to dump my stuff and go out for the day.Shower was amazing.
Disliked: I got double charged which was an inconvenience as I was doing a road trip and that extra $250 put my account in the red, and made me short for continuing the rest of my trip back to QLD.

Very disappointing.

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: We booked and paid for a seaview room, many months prior to our stay, and that's not what we were given. The staff said they were full and couldn't accommodate that. Be careful if you pay extra for the seaview, as you may not get it. The carpets didn't feel fully clean. Very disappointed. The staff at reception couldn't even answer questions about local sightseeing.

Perfect location to walk to...

Liked: Amazing location and view from the shared balcony. Bathroom was so big and clean (seperate across the hallway but private). Crazy good value for money - room is small but has everything you need. Some really nice cafes next to the train station too
