Disappointing
Disliked: Bed and pillows very hard. TV did not work. Lights in between beds did not work. Rolling chair was broken.

I won't be staying there...
Liked: I was in the area for a conference and booked this because of its easy access off highway. It is a convenient location, and I felt it is in a safe location. There were also places to eat nearby for dinner. I booked a Standard Room that had a refrigerator, small coffee maker, and microwave. (I didn't use the microwave or coffee maker, but the refrigerator worked well). TV worked well too.
Disliked: When I went into the room, it appeared a little well-worn, but the room and bathroom looked clean, and the AC worked well. I didn't have any issues. HOWEVER, when I got up to use the bathroom at 3:00 and turned on the lights--there were four insects skittering across the floor that looked like cockroaches. I spent the rest of the night awake with the lights on in the bathroom and bedroom. Since the front desk is closed 11 pm-7 am, I couldn't call to request another room. I told the front desk person about the issue when I checked out. I almost felt bad for him as he didn't say much and just put his head down. Clearly, he didn't know what to say. I left to go to my conference an hour early just to leave and was tired the whole day. Later I got a standard email from them thanking me for staying there. I emailed back and said was further upset that I didn't get at least some sort of acknowledgement of my complaint and that they were working on rectifying it or something. Then I could say something positive like they were being responsive to this problem--but I can't say that because there was no response. Maybe this was a "one off" experience at this hotel--but I won't be staying there again.
