Liked: Nice location.
Disliked: Hotel is tired and needs a refurbishment. Parking is tight. Poor breakfast marmalade and Jam in used coffee jars. Very basic. No charging points for phones I could hear other patrons really loudly. Could do with some literature as to nearest beach etc to assist. As others have mentioned damp musty smell in room

Liked: Clean, tidy, comfortable, good buffet style breakfast & good value. What more is there?
Disliked: A later booking in time for using Booking.com. what's that about?! Extra charges for using the Spa - whilst this is becoming the norm, it's annoying.

Liked: The Staff were lovely could not have been more helpful.
Disliked: Very run down hotelvery tardy. Breakfast was fair could have been a lot better. Poor ingredients and very basic. Location was great.

Disliked: Needs updating , the rooms are scruffy and old , the beds so uncomfortable .

Punished for not booking direct

Liked: This hotel is in a great location, had a bar and a nice outdoor area to have a drink
Disliked: We were punished for being a booking.com customer, we weren’t aloud to use the spa facilities unless we paid extra, which was really disappointing as this was a reason we chose the hotel, our room was really hot, we could only have a short shower as the drain was blocked so would have flooded, the floor boards were really creaky, which woke us up in the night when the other used the toilet.Never any staff on reception to help us
