Yo hot at night! Fix...

Liked: The heat in the room didn’t seem to be working properly! We woke up both nights sweating cause it was pumping heat at 82, even thought we had it set to cool or off completely

Superb

Liked: Room was comfortable, Location was walking distance from everything. It was a bit snowy that weekend so the view was interrupted but I'm sure it would be lovely.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Check in and checkout time...

Liked: Beautiful grounds
Disliked: Time got away from us. We received three calls at 11:15 regarding checkout which was annoying. One of the rooms someone was sleeping. She heard pounding at the door. Went to the door and a member of management was yelling at her. We realize the checkout time but seriously fifteen minutes. I have never had that happen at any other hotel
