Pleasant

Short drive from Niagra Falls...

Liked: Great location. Owners are super to work with.
Disliked: A little dated. However, linens were clean and beds comfy. This is not a chain property but a family owned and run motel. Nostalgic for times gone by.

Exceptional

A friendly, comfortable alternative to...

Liked: Small, clean, quiet, safe; very helpful staff; nice grassy lawn fronting the Niagara River; walk to a diner for breakfast. A good base of operations for visiting Niagara Falls State Park, but away from the fray. I appreciated having chairs and a table and windows that opened for fresh air, and being able to sit outside.
Disliked: Guests smoking outside. Property and furniture could use some updating- that appears to be in progress, which is great. High-season weekend room rates are too expensive for what it is.

Liked: Location was great. it is right on the Niagra River. beautiful sunset. rooms were old, but comfortable.
Disliked: chairs were old and dirty, i just put a towel over to sit and enjoy.

Disliked: Bathroom smelly ,lower bath faucets were non functional, was a great inconvenience, There are no lights around the swimming pool, that's dangerous, no walkway to the river benches too many bugs around there .Overall, it was not worth the $145 per night in a sleepy town like Niagara, NY ..should be listed much cheaper than that.
