Anchor Motel

Very enjoyable.

Liked: Loved the access to the river front.The beds were comfortable and room clean. I met some very interesting folks while sitting on the chairs in front of the room. It was fun!Kathie at the front desk is a gem!
Disliked: Not a complaint, but I left a Sierra Club backpack in my room (116) with my medicine, make-up and other stuff. Any way you could mail it if I pay for the postage?

Liked: Location is great and really close to the fallThe front desk was very nice and pleasant. We had very late check in after a long road and I felt welcomed
Disliked: The dirtiest room I have ever seen. Everything was covered in a white dust, stains on the sheets, towels. The drainage in the bathroom sink was broken and leaked directly to the floor. You could literally wash your hands and feet at the same time. We were so tired after the road and had no energy to do something about the room, just woke up early morning and left ASAP.

Great location/some upgrades needed soon

Liked: room was clean but the bathroom around the toilet was so so plus sewage odor was present from time to time (the drain by the window). this motel is in need of major update although it has a perfect location and the backyard is awesome, owners are very friendly and extremely helpful.

Quite nice place not far...

Liked: Large and comfortable rooms, pool, not so close to the main road (silent), friendly informative welcome, green space around especially to the river. Not far away from the Niagara falls (15 min drive).

Liked: I like location and landlord behavior.he was so nice and helpful
Disliked: The bathroom experience was really horrible.dirty and clogged drainage and a lot more.

Older style motel, quiet, nice...

Liked: The location was very good, beds comfortable, I found the toilet a bit dirty, otherwise it was clean. The lady who checked us in was very friendly.
Disliked: Just the toilet a bit dirty
