Friendly, relaxing and close to...

Liked: We loved the Anchor Inn. It was a perfect location for walking into town but far enough away that you didn’t get all the noise at night. We had a wonderful breakfast on the porch each morning and the staff was friendly and helpful. The small deck off of our room was great for sitting and reading and we loved our room. A comfortable bed awaited us each night and turn down service left us a little treat each night on the nightstand.
Disliked: We loved everything about this place.

Liked: The location is wonderful! the room as beautiful, the breakfast delicious and the staff was friendly.The nicest place we have stayed at on the Island. It is a little pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Disliked: The mattress springs were creeky. The uncomfortable mattress left me with sore spots in back and hips.

Liked: The room was beautiful, elegantly and comfortably appointed and very clean! Breakfast was delicious and the location was close to everything, but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. I loved my big private balcony!
