Disliked: Double charged my credit card, even when the accomodation was paid via booking and they are denying it. They made authorization and charge dorectly on my card that they were not allowed to do. No refund at all.

Liked: Good location and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Even though I paid for the accomodation via booking, they charged my credit card not only with the room deposit, but with the room rate too, which they were not authorized to. They only releqsed the deposit and double charged me for the room rate, what they are not willing to admit. I have my bank statements as evidence.

Liked: We ordered off the menu and received 30% off. Only bump in the road was the Payment system was new and the staff was untrained.
Disliked: 2 servers in the onsite restaurant were overloaded with patrons during breakfast.

Liked: The location was great close to everything we needed. Some of the staff was very nice and the view of the ocean is very beautiful .
Disliked: The pillows were not nice to sleep on for me they felt plastic like and some of the sheets were kind of like hard from getting washed. I understand they must be cleaned but seemed to much maybe. The breakfast and set up was very unorganised. The seemed understaffed to effectively handle the 7 to 10 people coming for a breakfast that was included in their stay. Shortage of food like potatoes and pancakes and milk and glasses for juice etc. Staff seemed overwhelmed not getting tables cleaned off and such. We understand short staff was an issue we felt bad for them but we feel it could be better organized from the kitchen to the breakfast and seating and such. Some staff handling it all better than others.
