Overall, well worth the money.

Liked: Janet at the front desk was phenomenal. The location was spectacular - easily walked to island ferries, restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: We weren't too thrilled with the suspended ceiling in the bathroom, or the fact the metal frames and ceiling tiles had damages.

Liked: the room was comfy, clean and very spacious. ours had a beautiful view.
Disliked: Even though it was chilly we had a pool view, but it was empty and being worked on. They advertised a completely breakfast and all it was was a breakfast bar. not worth the price we paid.

Liked: We had a ground floor room. it looked out over the harbour. Altogether the hotel was very calm and relaxed but very well run. We were late checking in and Reception made us feel so welcome. The room was immaculate and clean. Every member of staff we met were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing
