Great staff, good facilities but...

Liked: Very friendly staff. Lovely welcome and very pleasant interactions.
Disliked: I had several bites from either fleas or bed bugs when waking up. Not ideal.

Rooms were entirely different to...

Liked: Nothing. The place promised was nothing like as shown on website. The. room was not at all equipped, bathroom were leaking water and water filled the floor.
Disliked: There was nothing to like. The place promised was nothing like as shown on website. The. rooms were entirely different, were not at all equipped, bathrooms were leaking water and water filled the floor. We couldn't take bath.I want to make formal complaint and ask for compensation due to the suffering happened.
