Great place for a waterfront...

Liked: Beautiful location and lovely view from the upstairs balcony. The room (Room 10) was well set up with chairs inside as well as on the balcony. It is good to have a kitchen sink as often there is only the bathroom basin for water. The cafe next door has excellent food and there is a supermarket around the corner and pub with bistro for dinner within walking distance. Lovely walk over the road along the waterfront, with abundant birdlife.There are plates, bowls, cutlery in a basket under the sink.
Disliked: The bed was very firm, and could benefit from a mattress topper.

Good location but several issues

Liked: Location was great & garden outlook. Opening windows good although locks to shut were hard on one high window. Good hot water & kitchenette facilities. Spacious room. Beds were ok but not great.
Disliked: Air conditioner was filthy so we could not use it. Shower head was not able to stay up high so had to bend down to have a shower. Noisy guests in adjacent room - adult men. No staff onsite.
