Relaxed, easy check in check out.

Liked: Near beach; good price.
Disliked: Hard bed.

It was a perfect location, since we were going to the Fresh Beat Band concert at the Saint Augustine Amphitheater. We had a great day!

Perfectly located and peaceful

Liked: The location is perfect just over the bridge of lions. Quiet and peaceful and only a short walk to the historic district. The beautiful beaches of saint augustine are nearly as close in the other direction most importantly, the staff are courteous and professional. This place is perfect!
Disliked: I had to leave and travel back home

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner always greats you with a smile.

Liked: We arrived after check in hours and the staff left us our key card in a save place and an emergency number to call. So we could check in after hours and all went greatThnx!!

Passable

Liked: Pretty decent location to other businesses.
Disliked: It was just ok. New roof being replaced, great. But old facilities, ugly discolored bath tiles, some old worn towels, needs updating, very meager breakfast of mini muffins, cereal, plain bagels, no juice it was empty. I don't drink coffee so that was not used.

Highly recommend.
