Great hotel for families but...

Liked: Love the location,staff, and room of the family suite. Feels safe.
Disliked: I didn’t like that The hallway and elevator in the family suite tower was very very hot. Also, last time the bed was way more comfortable. this time. It felt very hard. I think ours was missing a mattress topper or something because I slept in one of the kids bunkbeds and their bed was very soft. But I really like this location and we’ll continue coming to it.

Disliked: That I was charged for the room deposit and haven’t received it back

Disliked: dirty carpet, dirty walls, dirty scratched up furniture, musty odor. had to ask for wash cloths because none were stocked, did not bring fresh towels for second day, had to get from front desk.
